The aroma of scented candles soothes the soul and arouses the senses. I love the ambience of a flickering flame and overall feeling of peace, tranquility and warmth it evokes.
What I don’t like is the soot and residue most candles leave behind. Not only do you see this inside the glass jar, but sometimes on your sheers and walls if not extinguished with much care.
